SANDWICHES
Grilled Cheddar on our homemade bread
Hummus Wrap: Garlicky chick pea spread with your choice of veggies all wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.

SALAD
A crisp, fresh salad of a variety of greens  served with cucumber, tomato , and carrots, all topped with fresh sprouts

HOMEMADE SOUP
Different soups daily. Dairy free or vegan options usually available. Watch out for the meal size: it’s a full two and a half cups of soup. Very filling!

SAMOSAS
Tender potatoes, onions and veggies seasoned with a subtle hint of curry fill these savoury East Indian turnovers. Served with homemade tamarind chutney.

CHILI & TOAST
Chock full of all the best stuff on earth! Corn, mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and more types of beans than you can name; this is a satisfying bowl of goodness. Served with toast made from our famous homemade bread!

OUR WORLD'S BEST VEGGIE BURGER
A terrific alternative to your usual burger. A homemade veggie patty with your choice of toppings: mustard (plain or dijon), lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and pickles. Served with a small salad or salsa and chips.     

QUICHE SPECIAL
A piece of our daily quiche; small salad, soup or chili; and a slice of our bread.

LASAGNE
Layers of tender noodles, ricotta and herb filling, homemade tomato sauce, veggies and lots of parmesan and mozzarella cheese combine to make a pasta dish you won’t soon forget. Served with your choice of salad and homemade bread or salsa and tortilla chips.
    
RAVIOLI
Plump pillows of homemade pasta stuffed with our special ricotta cheese and SPINACH mixture, topped with homemade tomato sauce and parmesan cheese. Small comes with bread; large comes with salad and bread.

BURRITO
A soft whole wheat tortilla wrapped around our homemade chili, rice, and sautéed onions, peppers, and mushrooms. All topped with a generous amount of cheddar cheese. A small salad completes the dish.

VEGETABLE STIR-FRY
A medley of veggies are quickly stir-fried with Thai-style (spicy but not too spicy) peanut sauce then served over steamed Basmati rice. Includes a small salad.  

MOROCCAN VEGETABLE STEW

A variety of root vegetables, chickpeas, and raisins in a cinnamon infused tomato stew, served over wholewheat cous cous.

CURRY FEAST
Lunch : One curry, rice, and small salad  
Dinner:  any three curries, with rice and small salad 

Curries: Cauliflower, Chickpeas, & Lentil, Dahl, Sweet & Sour, Mattar Paneer, Pakoras, and Green Bean
